ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Continuous growth and business development by merchant acquiring and retention with intent of maximizing the revenue potential. Develop and nurture direct and indirect sales channels. Tie-up with merchants for a win-win partnership. Comprehensive relationship management – key accounts. Independent handling of key accounts, analyze the requirements, functional & business support and catering to the business needs. Providing E-commerce & M-commerce acquiring solutions Lead the team for programming and installation of Payment Terminals for merchants. Providing terminal usage and fraud trainings to merchant staff. Effective handling of customer complaints & payment queries. Effective coordination on behalf of the merchants, with various back office divisions viz. Authorizations, Charge-back, Fraud Management and Settlement. Handling customer complaints and queries. Assist management in identifying new business opportunities and working on strategic projects.
REQUISITES:- Graduate or above from a recognized Institute / University. Minimum 3 years experience in banking industry – merchant services. Marketing / Sales experience of technology / product - Financial Solutions. Good contacts and relationship in banking circle / finance industry. Pleasing personality, Result oriented, Analytical, Strategically focused with Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
